Returns & Refund Policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or collection.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or worn:

Wigs

Masks

Lingerie or hosiery

Makeup or face paints

Any other personal or hygiene-sensitive items

These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund

In these cases, we will cover the return postage costs.

Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an item because it is no longer wanted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Balloons & Inflated Items

Due to their perishable and time-sensitive nature, we cannot accept returns on inflated balloons or custom balloon orders, unless they are faulty at the time of collection or delivery.

Balloon Care & Float Times

Float times for helium balloons are estimates only and can vary depending on temperature, handling, and environmental conditions.

Once balloons have left the shop or have been delivered, we cannot guarantee how long they will float.

We cannot offer refunds for balloons that have been damaged, popped, or mishandled after collection or delivery.

Collection Orders

For orders placed for in-store collection, customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders should be collected on the agreed collection date. Due to the nature of many party products (particularly inflated balloons), we may not be able to store items for extended periods.

If an order is not collected on the agreed date, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Starting a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Returns should only be sent once the return has been approved by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
