Shipping & Collection Policy
Order Processing
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy periods or seasonal events (such as Halloween or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.
In-Store Collection
We offer free in-store collection on many products.
When placing your order, you can select your preferred collection date at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive confirmation that it is available for collection.
Orders should be collected on the agreed collection date where possible. Due to the nature of some products, particularly inflated balloons, we may not be able to store items for extended periods.
For the best balloon quality and float time, we recommend selecting collection as close to your event as possible.
Delivery
Where delivery is available, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and external factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Balloon Orders
Due to the delicate and time-sensitive nature of balloons, some balloon products may be collection only.
Where delivery is available for balloons, we recommend selecting a delivery date as close to the event as possible to ensure they arrive in the best condition.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
