Balloon Products

Due to the nature of balloons and party products, float times for helium balloons are estimates only and may vary depending on environmental conditions and handling.

Once balloons have been collected or delivered, we cannot guarantee how long they will float.

We cannot accept responsibility for balloons that are damaged, popped or mishandled after collection or delivery.

Collection Orders

Where items are ordered for in-store collection, customers must collect their order on the agreed date.

Due to the perishable nature of some products, particularly inflated balloons, we may not be able to store orders for extended periods.

Uncollected orders may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
